Publication Fees
The Vietnam Journal of Artificial Intelligence (VJAI) is committed to ensuring equitable access to scholarly publishing and the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge.
VJAI operates under a Diamond Open Access publishing model, which means that neither authors nor readers are charged fees for access to, submission of, review of, or publication of scholarly content.
No Author Fees
The journal does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process.
Specifically, VJAI does not require:
- Submission fees;
- Article Processing Charges (APCs);
- Peer review fees;
- Editorial handling fees;
- Acceptance fees;
- Page charges;
- Publication fees;
- Online hosting fees;
- Fees for supplementary materials, datasets, or appendices.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with ethical standards.
The absence of publication fees has no influence on editorial evaluation, peer review, acceptance, or rejection decisions.
Funding and Sustainability
The operation of VJAI is supported by its sponsoring institution and journal management resources. The journal is committed to maintaining a sustainable Diamond Open Access publishing model that removes financial barriers for both authors and readers.
Transparency
Any future changes to the journal's fee policy will be announced publicly on the journal website prior to implementation.
Authors are encouraged to consult this page before submission to ensure they are aware of the journal's current publication fee policy.
As of the present policy, all services provided by VJAI, including manuscript submission, editorial assessment, peer review, production, DOI registration, publication, and long-term digital preservation, are offered free of charge.
